Two bed room in Venetian style with private bathroom in a 16th century house completely renovated, situated in the Dorsoduro district, a stone's throw from the Academy Galleries and the Ca' Rezzonico museum. Breakfast is not provided. The space The double bedroom with bathroom is situated on the ground floor of the building. The guests can also enjoy the entrance garden of the house, but cannot use the back garden overlooked by the rooms, because it belongs to another owner. The house has wi-fi. Not far from the house are two supermarkets (Conad and Simply), many restaurants, bars, The Ca' Rezzonico museum, The Academy Gallery, The Guggenheim Museum and much more... in particular many small restaurants, the "bacari" where you can taste the delicacies of Venetian cooking, craft shops, banks, and the famous bookstore La Toletta. My house is situated a few minutes from the ferry stop of The Academy, Ca' Rezzonico and Zattere. To reach the house from the Marco Polo airport take the ATVO bus (blue) from Piazzale Roma ferry n. 1 fro Ca' rezzonico, or ferry n. 2 for the Academy stop. Or straight from the airport with the ferry to Alilaguna, Orange line, Ca' Rezzonico stop. From the Santa Lucia station and from Piazzale Roma ferry line 1 for Ca' Rezzonico. Guest access The guests are allowed access to the front garden of the house. The house has wi-fi. Smoking is not allowed. Check in is from 3pm to 12pm. Absolutely no check in after midnight. During your stay I personally welcome my guests and am present for any requests as I live in the same building, and I am always available to give advice about the city and to resolve any problems. On arrival by law, I must register my guests, through their documents, which have to be communicated to the State police and the tourist tax has to paid and sent to the city of Venice with the receipt. Other things to note The city tax is not included in the price of the room (at the moment it is 3 euro's a night per person for the first 5 nights) to be paid on arrival.
