The space **Under 2-year old babies are free of charge. Maximum number of babies allowed is 1 for a 6-people reservation. There is a baby cot and a high chair in the house. Hi there, My parents have a beautiful summer house located in Halkidiki, 1st leg available for rent. It's 83 kilometres from Thessaloniki airport. It can accommodate 6 people very comfortably! The view is breathtaking, the house is situated in a pine forest but yet next to the sea. There is a private lift that takes you to the beach (2 mins walk) and a large swimming pool (1 min walk) shared among 10 houses. The villa includes all white goods, 3 ACs, 2TVs (both have NETFLIX), CD-player, Nespresso machine, front and back garden, a large terrace, 2 parking spots and a BBQ ! Moreover, there is free Wi-Fi internet! Halkidiki, 1st leg is known for its vibrant life and plenty of beach bars! Kallithea is the most famous spot for night clubbing and very long nights! Clubs close after the sun rise! There are lots of souvenir and traditional shops, fish taverns, Greek cafes and beach bars in villages like Sani,Afitos,Hanioti, Siviri ,Fourka,Kallithea, Peukochori and literaly every village. Lots of luxurious hotels also with restaurants and bars for a nice escape! On the third leg, there is the unique and breathtaking monastery of Mount Athos (Holly Mountain- Agion Oros), which is inhabited solely by monks. Rising majestically out of the sea to a height of 2,033 m, Athos is covered with virgin forests; its physical beauty is almost overwhelming. It's around 110 km from the house driving, or you can take a 2,5 hour beautiful cruise from Ormos Panagias, on the second leg. The closest village to the house is Siviri, (5 mins drive) where there are super-markets, restaurants, fish taverns, pizzerias, cafeterias , beach bars and souvenir shops.And also a dock where fishermen sell their fresh fish! There is also a Health Centre (small hospital) very close to our house, 15 mins drive.
