Get ready to swoon at our sun-kissed private apartment surrounded by blooming flowers and beautiful leaves in a gorgeous garden. You'll reach the Dispur Police Point (a city center) on foot only in 10 minutes from here. With appreciable wood works and granite floors, this apartment wouldn't fail to be your home away from home. The only thing stopping you from coming and staying with us is, well, nothing actually! The space Our family home is a three-story residence located in a peaceful neighborhood. 5 (plus) people currently live here and you are most welcome to ask for any assistance. With a luscious garden in front and a parking space accessible to the guests on the ground floor, the airport is a mere 45 minutes away. You might be confused but the airport is really far from the city so, with that in mind, our house is relatively nearer compared to other places. From the parking, a stairway leads into the house. Elevator access is also allowed. With a total of four apartments, there is no need for shrugged shoulders as each apartment has the same price and the same facilities. The rooms of each apartment have been built keeping in mind the proper balance between necessity and luxury. A living-cum-dining room with a 42 inches full HD LED TV for the happiest meal possible, two bathrooms for the hygienic, a complete kitchen with either LPG or an induction cook-top with almost every cooking accessories needed, a microwave oven, refrigerators, individual Aquaguard/Kent RO water purifiers and electric kettles in each one for the thirsty and starving souls, two bedrooms with 8 inches mattresses and a 32 inches HD LED TV for the sleepy heads, in-room study tables for the workaholics and a veranda with chairs for the insomniacs. Conversations with your family/friends in the drawing cum dining room seem to grasp the sumptuous touch while sitting on the sofa with snacks on the center table. The doors, windows, beds and many other parts of the rooms are teak wood finished which are highly lauded by visitors. Guest access Upon check-in, you'll be given the keys to your apartment. The garden has an appealing place to sit and enjoy the sunlight and the greenery. At dawn, the artificial night lights make it even more beautiful. High-speed Wi-Fi is accessible in the entire house on every floor, even on the terrace. Upon request, you can go up to the terrace and take either a quick stroll or sit in the place assigned to sit and be taken aback at the breathtakingly splendid view of the city from a bird's eye. Laundry services are accessible at a nominal price to wash, dry and iron your clothes. Also upon request, a washing machine can be provided for as many days as you want which can be more expensive than the latter. Breakfast is complimentary and any other meal for the day can be asked if you don't feel like cooking at a moderate price. Breakfast is ₹100 each for the extra people staying. The gates may be locked so feel free to honk that horn for the gatekeeper to open it. The garage can be fully utilized for your parking purposes. Other things to note Kitchen charge for self cooking Rs.600.00 Extra. Frequent power cuts are overcome by inverter and a backup generator. CCTV cameras and basic fire fighting equipment are installed around the house for the inevitable jeopardy.
