Guest access Guests are welcomed to treat the space as your own home as complete privacy is assured by setting individual pass code for each booking. Only confirmed guest can enter the home with access card entering the lift and facility floor. Swimming pools and gym room will be on sharing basis with other residents. However, the density of this condominium is low, hence guests feel comfortable while using the facilities. Other things to note House rules. 1) Smoking is not allowed in the unit. 2) Pet is not allowed in the unit too. 3) Turn off the air conditioners and other appliances when you are not at home. 4) Parties and all illegal acts and items are strictly prohibited. 5) Stay calm and quiet after 9pm. 6) Trash shall be cleared daily.
