Private 1 bedroom, 1 bath room with hardwood floors in Atlanta house with wifi and smart tv. This is a 5 bedroom house that we rent out each bedroom through Airbnb. This is Room #5. The space This house is a 5 bedroom house, we rent out separately each bedroom through Airbnb. You will share the common areas in the house with the other guests that include the kitchen, laundry area, sitting area and table in the eating area. You are welcome to use the common areas, we just ask that you clean behind yourself immediately since these areas are shared with others. There is NO SMOKING and NO VAPING in the house or on the premises and we don’t allow pets or children. We don’t discriminate against any gender or nationality so just know you will share the common areas with the guests that are checking in for the house. The house has a washer and dryer that is free to use. Each person will need their own laundry soaps, shampoo, conditioner and body soap for the shower. We will supply 2 towels, 2 hand towels , 2 wash clothes and 2 foot towel mats per person for the stay. The bedroom doors and front door have a keypad with a code to get into each bedroom and the house. I will supply you with your code right before your stay. There are smart tvs in each bedroom so you can watch live tv or log into your netflix or hulu accounts if you have them. Our quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am to be respectful of everyone in the house. There is a drive way that you can park in or if full there is street parking. The outside trash can needs to be taken out to the curb every Wednesday night for the trash company to pick up on Thursday and then brought back to the side of the house.
