The penthouse is located on the thirst floor (without elevator) and is 85m2 of luminous living space and another 17m2 of terrace with wonderful views and outdoor table. The penthouse is distributed in 2 flors: First floor, the day zone: - Entrance hall. - Living room of 20m2 with a L-shape sofa of 2.90m long where you can relax watching the 48” LED TV and with access to the large terrace. You also have an emergency kit and a strongbox. On this level there is a suite bedroom with 1 double bed (1.50 x 1.90) with bathroom with shower. Equipped with a hairdryer, soap, toilet paper. - A fully equipped kitchen. - And toilet. Second floor, the night zone: There are 3 bedrooms, all of them with equipped with air machine and heat, closet/wardrobe and television. 2 doubles bedrooms with 2 single beds (0.90 x 1.90). 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed (1.50 x 1.90). - Bathroom with shower. Equipped with a hairdryer, toilet paper, and make-up removal wipes. This fantastic penthouse enjoys sun all day long as all the rooms have outside windows.
