This house (3 bedrooms with 3 queen beds) is great for singles, couples, families & business travellers. Very well equipped, with a full kitchen including microwave & dishwasher, plus a washing machine, dryer, outdoor clothes line, iron & ironing board, TV, internet, and a hairdryer, everything that makes a house a home! Deck with amazing sea views and BBQ NOTE: there is a steep drop off the deck, so young children need to be supervised outside. The property is not 'drive-on' - see photos The space This is a fully furnished house with a large open-plan lounge, well equipped kitchen and seperate dining area, making for easy intimate living. You have full use of the house with your own private entrance. There are french doors off the dining room leading onto the deck, with a BBQ area (and those amazing views). The deck gets the full afternoon and evening sun, so you can enjoy the sea views and the sunsets in the evening, plus you are just 2 minutes from the beach. There is a heat-pump - to warm you on those cold days and to cool you on those hot days - plus there are lots of opening windows and the doors open onto the deck for those who like natural breezes. Each bedroom has a comfortable Queen size bed and quality sheets and duvets, plus, there is a portable fold-up cot, with sheets and blankets for young ones. The bathroom has a large shower. There is a full laundry with washing machine and dryer plus an outside clothes line. This house has everything you need for a great holiday or 'home away from home'. There are even beach towels for the beach. Guest access Parking is in the beach car park area in Marine Drive, Pt Howard and there is a walk up the steps to the house, so our place is not suitable for people with walking difficulties. NOTE: This property is NOT drive on.. There is free parking at the beach car park. Other things to note There is the safe swimming beach at Pt Howard, cafes and restaurants in Days Bay and Eastbourne; you can take the Eastbourne Ferry across the harbour to Wellington city, or take a day trip to Matiu/Somes Island, plus there are walks along the beach and up in the hills. Take your car or the bus from the carpark to the wide range of ethnic cafes and restaurants in Petone, or to the Lower Hutt mall. Or to see the sights in Wellington (including Wets Studios where "The Lord of the Rings" animation was created)
