Dunroamin is an A frame style house on 8.5 Rural acres .Our house is in a peaceful leafy location which overlooks the Hunter Valley & Tangory Mountain . The upper floor is your private accommodation & is a bright room with a unique style. We also include a hearty breakfast with a choice of options. The space The top floor is home to our guests which is warm in Winter & is air-conditioned in Summer. There is a comfy Queen size bed & a futon lounge in the room also a TV & DVD player. The room is light and airy but also very private with curtains on the French doors to darken the room if required for a sleep in ! Guest access Down stairs is the bathroom & separate toilet. We will ensure our guests have priority to shower etc . There is also a outside toilet near the front gate. There is space in the fridge for any items the guests would like to keep cold. Help yourself to as much tea & coffee as you need! You are also welcome to use the microwave oven. Please note the gas stove and oven and BBQ are NOT for the use of guests .... to save embarrassment please don't ask ! There is also off street parking available for your vehicle. You are welcome to walk around our 8.5 acre bush/ farm property to stretch your legs & admire the waterlily's & native flowers. And if your timing is right you might get to cuddle one of our lambs ! During your stay As locals we are more than happy to help with directions or suggestions of where to go( & where to eat) & what to do. Mick and myself are also triple vaxed for yours and our peace of mind ! Other things to note We offer a hearty breakfast in the morning with a choice of options.
