Very cozy studio in the hear of MIlan. MInimum stay 9 months The space Abchouse 2 is an apartment on the 4th floor of a completely renovated 19th-century house. It is very quiet and very quaint. It consists of kitchen, 1 bedroom (with 140cm double bed) and bathroom with shower cabin. It is equipped with all amenities: kitchen equipment, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, washing machine, iron, hair dryer, TV, etc. Air conditioning. No WiFi. Additional crib if requested. Elevator goes to the third floor and then there is a flight of stairs to walk up, it is a few steps but not usable by disabled people. From September this apartment is rented for minimum 10 months. Other things to note The historic building is very respectable and needs special attention and silence. The cost does not include electricity for rentals longer than 3 weeks
