The location is quiet and serene. On some nights, if you sit on the deck/front porch, you can hear music from the nearby marina. Our cabin is very clean and sleeps up to 8 comfortably (see options below). Duck Hunters, Fishermen, Gun Training students and Families visit the area as it is near the TN River/KY Lake, Pilot Knob, Lakeshore, and Eva Beach. 3 Options when booking: Option 1, 1 Bedroom (up to 2 guests) Option 2, 2 Bedrooms (up to 4 guests) Option 3, 3 Bedrooms (up to 8 guests) The space Effective May 27, 2019, we are offering flexibility for our guests.... Do you need 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms? The rooms that aren’t rented will be locked and not rented to other guests during your stay. (This saves you money. It also saves housekeeping a lot of time). •Option 1 is listed as the default when booking. If you prefer Option 2 or 3, please be sure to let us know. Option 1 , 1 Bedroom (up to 2 guests): •1 queen size bed, (see calendar for base price -usually $115) plus cleaning and tax Option 2, 2 Bedrooms (up to 4 guests): •1 queen size bed •2 twin size beds, $25 extra per night Option 3, 3 Bedrooms (up to 8 people): •1 queen size bed •2 twin size beds •1 twin, 1 bunk bed (full size bed on bottom with a twin size on top), $25 extra per night Cabin is furnished with: •bedding, sheets, pillows, blankets •black out curtains •towels, wash cloths •pots, pans, dishes, silverware •dishwasher, microwave, 2 coffee makers (Keurig and standard coffee pot), oven, stove, refrigerator *washer/dryer •hardwood floors throughout the home •outdoor deck includes table with 6 chairs as well as a kids table with 2 benches CHECK OUT: •If the cabin is booked with another guest on the day of your departure, check-out is at 10am. •If the cabin isn't booked on the day of your departure, you may check-out anytime before 12:30pm.
