Self Contained Annexe Room w/en-suite•Dogs welcome

A relaxing and spacious annexe room set in a rural location with views across open fields towards the Malvern Hills. Set in a peaceful area, this annexe room offers the feeling of being in the countryside whilst also having excellent access to the motorway network making us a perfect choice for both business & leisure users. A double room with adjacent (pull out single bed also available upon request) sofa area, TV and en suite shower facility. We also accept well behaved dogs by prior agreement The space Area to relax has a 2 person sofa, TV, radio, wall mirror, small area with basic cooking facilities which has a Fridge, Microwave, toaster, kettle, cups, plates, bowls, cutlery, glasses tea & Coffee. Double bedroom has full length mirror, two side tables with small lamps, single chair, a chest of drawers and hanging space and hangers on the wall. Fan heater and oscillating tower fan. All bed linen & towels are provided. A single put up bed is arranged when three guests are selected when booking with us. (see image on pictures) Private bathroom has shower unit with Mira Shower, toilet and sink unit with large mirror. Towels and toilet roll provided. Should guests have any bicycles they wish to secure in the garage below the annexe room then this can be arranged. Any guests who wish to bring dogs can use the small garden area to the front of the property, with the drive gates closed, this is a secure area for them to roam. We ask that dogs are not left in the property unattended and are not allowed on beds/furniture. Please ensure toilet stops are picked up after and can be placed in the black wheelie bin to the front of the property. ** please note that there is Wi-Fi available at the property, however, due to our rural location it can be slow/intermittent at times. ** We also have another air bnb listing next door which is large in size and and can sleep up to 6 guests. It has a full kitchen and much larger in size, subject to availability, both properties could be ideal for one group. (we use an alternate front door on the other side of the house) Once guests are upstairs in the annexe room above the garage, all facilities are private and will be solely theirs for the duration of the stay. The annexe room is on the opposite side to the main house. Our property has steps to the front door and again into the garage before the main flight of stairs up to the annexe. Other things to note ** please note that there is Wi-Fi available at the property, however, due to our rural location it can be slow/intermittent at times. ** Under no circumstances must dogs be left unattended within the accommodation. We have two well behaved working dogs (2 labradors). All of which are in a separate part of the house and out of your way, that is unless you want to meet them.
