Private 1BR W/ Private Bathroom in Chinatown

The apartment is located in Chinatown/Lower East Side and is conveniently a few blocks away from the F train and close to the B/D train. This is a recently renovated building and has an elevator. Cheap and amazing cultural food in the neighborhood. The space This is a 3 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment with a washing machine & dryer. You will have the largest bedroom with a private bathroom. There is a kitchen available but NO COMMON SPACE (living room). There is an intercom and elevator in the building. Fresh linens, towels and some amenities (shampoo, toothpaste) will be provided. Check in at 3pm/ Check out at 12pm. Guest access Full use of the kitchen and washer & dryer. There is free WiFi provided and information will be given upon arrival. During your stay I will be happy to help you with any questions/concerns and any recommendations about the city. I will be available by text/email throughout the day. Other things to note There will be myself and my roommate who will be in the apartment (but won't be at home most of the day). We will be available to help you if you have any questions.
