Lobster Cottage is a stunning coastal cottage built in 1865, nestled in the tiny village of Lessingham. The Star Inn & Restaurant is but six minutes walk away, fine dining at Ingham Swan is 1 mile away, and the glorious Sea Palling sand dunes and beach are a 10 minute drive / 30 minutes walk. A coastal cottage you can call home. Perfect for a beach holiday, romantic breaks, bird watching and walking. Relax. Refresh. Revitalise. The space Welcome pack included (milk, tea, coffee, and biscuits). One dog is allowed at the property and the local beaches are dog friendly. Wi-Fi is included and the TV is a smart TV. There is an enclosed, cosy, two person seating area by the back door (containing a cast iron table and two chairs), and the separate, private garden area is accessed across the communal car park area. There are 4 steps up to the grass and decking. Private parking is available for one car and extra parking is possible on the road outside. (Please be courteous to neighbours). The lounge fire is an open fire - please provide your own fuel. The cottage is decorated for Christmas guests. Local sights include: Happisburgh lighthouse (which can be seen in the distance from the private decked area), the gardens at East Ruston Vicarage and Horsey Gap beach (home to the local seal colony), and the Norfolk Broads (less than 5 miles away). The nearest shops and supermarket are 3 miles away. Guest access The cottage is sole occupancy, yours to truly enjoy during your stay, as we live off site. Other things to note Access via lockbox.
