Enjoy your stay at our comfortable cottage, tucked away in a quiet neighborhood off the White River (10 min. from downtown & Broadripple; less than 5 min. drive from Newfields, 100 Acre Woods, and Butler University; AND walking distance to the Fitness Farm). Feel at home in this fully furnished cottage, with its up-to-date kitchen, cozy bedroom and tech-friendly living room, equipped with hi-speed Wi-Fi, Netflix and YouTube TV. There’s also a private patio with a fire pit for you to enjoy! The space The cottage is quaint and rescently updated. We've tried to think of everything to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. If there is anything you've forgotten or you need to make your stay more comfortable, please don't hesitate to ask. The space is family friendly. The Fitness Farm is just down the road for run, flying a kite, or just laying in the sun. UberEats also has lots of options for delivery. Shopping, including Restoration Hardware's new showroom and restaurant and Starbucks are just a few streets away. Other things to note We live in the main house which is visible from the cottage. Feel free to interact with us as much or as little as you desire. We'll welcome the conversation, but won't take it personally if you just simply want your space - Just as long as you are enjoying your visit! *If you require the trundle bed, it can be set up for the additional $25 mentioned in additional fees past 2 guests. Please give 24 hours notice for this set-up for scheduling. Per Airbnb's new rules, please note there are security cameras present only on the exterior of the cottage and cover the driveway as well as the yard areas of the property. We welcome up to 2 well- trained small pets or one larger pet, but the cottage is not suitable for more. We can make exception, so please discuss. All pets must be crated when alone in the cottage and pets are not allowed on ANY furniture.
