A tastefully decorated, fully furnished 3 bedroom ground floor apartment within 100m from the sandy beaches of Chott Meriem/Port El Kantaoui. The two balconies are overlooking the two communal swimming pools and a Jacuzzi. The Apartment is located in a private holiday complex with around the clock security team as well as full maintenance and cleaning team throughout the day. *JUL & AUG 2023* During July & August, we offer a minimum of 7 nights stay. Check-in and check-out days must be Monday Other things to note ***WiFi*** The apartment is equipped with a complimentary wifi for personal use. However, at times local internet providers are not as reliable as you might expect. Therefore, the availability of internet connection must not be considered as a contractual term of your stay. ***COMMUNAL POOL*** The maintenance and cleaning of the shared pools are managed by the Management company that runs "Residence Les Dunes" Therefore, the general cleanliness and availability of the pools are the sole responsibility of the Management company. Occasionally the management company decide to close the pools for maintenance with no prior notice. Therefore, the availability and the general cleanliness of the pool must not be considered as a contractual term of your stay.
