Spacious, well furnished, 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath, 2 balcony, beautifully decorated with Asian artifacts , chill-out apartment in the center of Sukhumvit area, nice backyard, a large pool surrounded by garden. Variety of fantastic restaurants, many new ones ! Very close to Bangkok's major shopping area, smart TV, fiber optic internet, AC units in all rooms. Non-smoking environment ( permitted on balcony) . Please no parties , no bar girls, sorry but it's Bangkok!! Security guard 24/7 The space It is a chill pad.. come here if you want to enjoy being surrounded by Asian artifacts in a well furnished 220 square meter apartment with two balconies so there is plenty of space. I am a photographer so these photos are realistic. You get cable TV, fast internet, AC, desk and plenty of work space. There is a quiet, spacious garden surrounding the pool. My travel schedule means that I am gone 80% of the time. PLEASE NOTE: We have a strict rule: Bangkok is known as a party town, also very common for sex tourism, my apartment is not for this purpose. I am looking for responsible guests who treat my apartment like their own home. We have to set certain safely rules in place that meet with the building management . Absolutely no strangers allowed without prior permission, if you want to party this is not that kind of a location. My building is quiet, family friendly. My apartment can be rented both as shared and entirely yours just depends on your desire. Please note: The cleaning fee listed shows $35 which is strictly for a week or less. People renting longer term will need to pay per week which is added on by me as airbnb only has one number that can be put into the cleaning fee. In order to be fair to the maid ( comes once a week) and you we adjust accordingly. A special offer is sent once you confirm that adds a per week cleaning fee according to the length of stay. Guest access Good security with a guard station, elevator access, pool is easy access and very quiet garden. Sorry, the guard doesn't speak english but he can help with a taxi, really this is common in Thailand where english skills are poor. Other things to note Cleaning fee: Airbnb is different from hotels that have daily cleaning staff. Please note that the cleaning fee of $35 covers once a week. If you are staying for a longer visit I can adjust the cleaning fee as needed after the booking is finalized or many guests choose to pay my maid directly.
