Contemporary 1Br loft-apartment perfectly located in the intersection of the Helsinki Design District and the idyllic seashore & parks with trendy bars, cafès and restaurants. Only 15 min. walk to the city center, tram lines 1 and 6. The apartment is equipped with modern Scandinavian kitchen, private sauna and a small balcony. Please note that the bed is a small double/three quarter (120x200 cm) The check-in is not possible after 9pm. The space The kitchen, dining and living room is one open space, the kitchen is equipped with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave and a Nespresso coffee machine. In the bedroom there is one small double bed (120x200 cm), cotton sheets and down duvet & pillows. Guest access There are numerous shops, boutiques, bars, restaurants close by. The sea front and my favourite summer cafe/restaurant Birgitta Hernesaari is just 400 meters away. Walk a bit further and you find more nice cafes and restaurants like Mattolaituri (open in summer), Carusel and Löyly. In the summer you can also take a 2 minute ferry to restaurants (Skiffer, HSS Paviljong, Uunisaari) on the small islands nearby. Other things to note Until 25.7.2025 there are scaffoldings outside the house as the outside windowframes are being repaired. One set of bedsheets and towels are provided. For longer stays negotiable. For a lost key there will be a charge of 70 euros.
