Rejuvenate in this charming 260m² estate, consisting of a villa and a small stone outbuilding, sleeping 10 to 12 people, in the heart of nature. The calm of the place and the different services of the Domaine de Saint Florent will allow you a real moment of disconnection: enjoy at will a private spa, a sauna or an outdoor swimming pool. The space Equipped with a heated floor, the villa consists of 4 suites with 4 en-suite bathrooms (with toilet), sleeping 10 people in total, with sheets and towels included (beds are ready upon arrival). A small stone outbuilding in the garden that can accommodate 2 people completes the estate with a 5th bedroom, bathroom and fully equipped kitchen (for reservations of 11 or 12 people). Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, large dining room as well as living room, to feel at home. In order to rest, the villa consists of a private spa overlooking the garden, a sauna as well as an outdoor pool. You can of course take advantage of it at will. You will be ideally placed to discover the charms of our region within a 45-minute drive: Niort and its historic district 20 minutes away, the Poitevin marsh and its green nature, the beaches of La Rochelle and Ile de Ré or the Zoodyssée. Other things to note Parties and music are allowed within the estate, only indoors for the purpose of respecting the neighborhood.
