Guest who booked should submit a valid ID. PAY PARKING: Basement Pay parking is available thru the 4th Ave entrance. Rates: 50 pesos 1st 3hrs, 20 per succeeding hour. Overnight rate from 11PM till 6AM at 250 pesos. Kindly note that leaving parking then re-entry during overnight hours will again require payment of overnight fee. Other things to note POOL: The pool operates from Tuesday to Sunday 7am to 10pm. Pool is closed on Monday for general cleaning. It’s free for use for 2 guests and children 8 years old and below. Prior to using, the pool, guestsmust register at the building admin for a pool pass. The admin office is located at the second floor. In excess of these, guests 9 years old and above will have to pay 100/pax at the building admin.
