(Room 1) PATRICIA's Beach House in Liwliwa

Private beach house in Liwliwa, San Felipe, Zambales (surfing spot). About 5 minute walk to the beach front. Our village is secured with security guards 24/7 and life guards on the beach. The space ROOM#1 airconditioned bedroom located at the 2nd floor can accommodate a maximum of 8 pax. Kitchen area is common near the caretaker's place. The 250 sq.m. lot has an open space for parking (can fit 4 total or 2 per room allotment), team building activities, tent pitching, ihaw-ihaw, etc. Please bring your own towels and toiletries. We do not provide them. We have no wifi at the moment and cell signal is weak within the area. Data signal is best at the beach front. City proper is about 5kms away from the cottage so please bring your basic essentials during your stay although there are also sari-sari stores and mini-grocery within the area. Bringing of food and drinks are allowed with no corkage fee. However, cooking and eating is prohibited inside the bedrooms. You may borrow basic cooking utensils with our caretaker if needed. Gas stove is available for use for free. Grill is also available, just bring your own "uling". You may also want to bring your own dining utensils (plates, spoon & fork, cups, etc) as we do not have any. Rooms have no refrigerator although we can provide cooler if needed. Lots of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, sari-sari store are within the village. Atv, banana boat, videoke (strictly up to 10pm only) and surf board rentals are also available nearby. Other things to note 1. We are not beach front. Our place is about a 5-minute walk to the beach proper within the private village with many restos and bars along the way. 2. A mandatory fee of 50 pesos per adult guest (25 pesos for children up to 10yo) will be collected by the village for security and road maintenance fees upon entry. Also, 50 pesos per head and 20 pesos per vehicle for environmental fee will be collected by the Bgy/LGU going to the beach resorts. 3. Water supply in the area is coming from a deepwell so please bring your own potable water for your drinking and cooking needs. 3. No available WIFI as of the moment. Intermittent signal within the property. Cell signal is best at the beach front. 4. Quiet hours after 10pm. Just please keep it down. 5. A waiver and release of liabilty form shall be signed by the guests' representative upon check-in. We are not responsible for any untoward incidents during your stay. 6. Road is a bit rough and bumpy going to the village. SUV is preferred although sedan and small cars can also pass. 7. You may experience power outage from time to time due to electric supply issues in San Felipe. Although we have standby genset, pls bear with us as we cannot provide continuous electric supply via genset. 8. Dispose of trash properly within the house and within the village.
