Spacious, sunny and 10 minutes walk from town, this sheltered holiday home has mountain views and is close to everything Wanaka offers - walking, biking, fishing, boating, skiing... then home for a relaxing hot spa. The space The house has 4 bedrooms, a king, a queen, a bedroom with twin single beds and a bunk room (singles). The kitchen, dining, living area is spacious open plan with a very cosy log burner fire, and heat pump/air conditioner for extra hot days. The kitchen is well equipped for keen cooks, and has a dishwasher and Nespresso coffee maker. The large deck has comfortable outdoor lounging furniture and a spa pool. Guest access All parts of the house will be accessible including the lock up basement to store sports equipment. We have a large outdoor deck and lawn. There is an outdoor clothesline, but also a clothes dryer in the basement. Other things to note We have off street parking for up to 3 cars.
