Live television channels are available on the Spectrum App. Guest access Guests have access to the entire condo. The loft space is blocked off as the owner's storage area. Guests also have access to the two shared hot tubs on the property and the shared propane grills. Other things to note The condo is accessed by stairs. There is no elevator so guests will need to carry their bags up the stairs. Please no ski boots inside the condo. AirBnB collects taxes paid to the state of Colorado. We collect the 9% tax paid to the Town of Telluride (shows as a 9% increase to the advertised rate prior to booking). If you are traveling with a service animal, owners expect you will communicate that information at the time you book.
