The house has been renovated preserving the typical Mallorcan charm, with beautiful floors and beams on the ceiling. The decor is with seamen touches since it is located near the port of Palma, you can even see the boats moored from the first floor terrace. The main attraction of the house is its generous garden that enjoys sunlight all day, and where we have placed sun loungers so you can sunbathe. There is also an outdoor dining table under the shade so you can enjoy the maximum this space. The neighborhood of Santa Catalina is one of the most famous neighborhoods in the city as well as the most demanded since it is full of life in its restaurants, cafes and terraces and is a short distance from the beautiful promenade next to the port. You won't be missing anything in this location, plus it makes renting a car dispensable if you want to discover the city's historical case.
