The house is located at the edge of Facinas. However, despite the village connection, you feel like you're in the countryside. With a view of the valley and cow pastures next to the house, you can enjoy the evening sun on the roof terrace. With the large panoramic window in the kitchen, the interior and exterior melt into one. Perfect to relax with family or friends. The space The basement of the house has two double bedrooms (the one with the big window has an air condition; the other one has portable fans) and a bathroom. The rustic stairs leads to the living area. Equipped with a large seating area and an inviting kitchen, everything is taken care of. For the cold seasons there is a pellet stove that increases the living comfort. And in Summer times an aircondition. Through the window front in the kitchen area you can enjoy the view of the valley of Facinas and the sunset on the roof terrace. A small garden with palm trees is also available. The little Apartment Next door is not rented out during Summer time. So you will have the whole property for you and your friends/Family.
