Enjoy your stay with no load shedding! We have back up power (solar) during load shedding and fibre internet. Tastefully designed and fully equipped this Bungalow perfect getaway place near Hermanus. Whether you are savouring coffee in bed, cooking something delicious in the chef's kitchen, or sipping a sundowner on the terrace … a place to rest, breathe and be. With total privacy, the feeling of a family home is recreated at Urchin. Books and candles invite you to slow the pace down. The space Having three bedrooms, this intimate, romantic and special space offers the finest in South African hospitality. The kitchen is fully equipped, right down to a coffee machine that pretty much makes your coffee for you. Best of all, it is a 5 minute drive to the Onrus beachwith bars and restaurants. The patio includes sun loungers, hanging chair and outdoor sofas for sunbathing, as well as your own private infinety pool to cool down on South African hot summer days. The house has free wifi (fibre), Internet TV and alarm system. The house has as well 2 housekeepers, only come by if requested by yourself. The garbage has to be taken out on Monday morning and the guys for the pool stop by every Friday (normally before lunch). A electric garage provides parking for one car and there is ample space for parking an additional three cars on the private driveway. Within an hour you can easily visit Cape Town, Camps Bay, Bettys Bay, Franschoek, Stellenbosch and Paarl. An ideal choice for an intimate relaxed holiday or for the discerning business traveler. Guest access You will have the entire house to yourselves. Other things to note The house has back up power so all lights, fridge, wifi and tv works. The oven, washing machine and dishwasher wont work during load shedding but everything else. We have a housekeeper who is available three days a week on request - extra charge. Lastly, on your final day with us, check-out time is 10h00 as we have a team of cleaners that arrives at 10h15 to prepare the space. We hope you take wonderful memories away with you!
