The Garden Cottage is perfectly situated near the beautiful Glen Gardens - all for you to take in, relax and enjoy! Set in a peaceful corner of the estate, it is the perfect place for a relaxing stay and to let nature be your alarm clock. It is a stones throw from The Garden Bothy, our other Property if you have a guest or 2 who want to come along but enjoy their own space. Short -term Let Licence number: AS-00699-F EPC Rating – D The space Each room is cosy, charming and homely. On the ground floor we have the Kitchen, with breakfast bar. The Lounge has ample seating for 6 with Smart T.V with a dining area with 6 seater dining table and chairs. The large Master bedroom and family bathroom is also on the ground floor. The original staircase leads you to the first floor where there is a twin bedded room and second double bedroom with a shared landing. Between the 2 bedrooms there is a modern shower / WC room. Outside there is a large garden with outdoor dining furniture for alfresco dining, plus a private drive and parking area for up to 3 vehicles. Guest access Wildlife, walking, private fishing, golf, castles, distilleries are all close by to the Estate, along with access to the beautiful Walled Garden (via prior arrangement) and Glen Garden. Other things to note Garden is not fenced.
