Two cottages for extra space

This listing allows you to book our two self contained cottages situated next to each other in a tranquil garden with a pool and secure off street parking. We are within walking distance to Melrose Arch. Cottage 1 - a bedroom, bathroom & spacious open-plan kitchen / lounge Cottage 2 - a large bedsit with its own kitchenette & bathroom Suited to both business people or travelers. Recently installed inverters means the lights, Wi-Fi, TV, security systems still operate during Power Outages. The space Although these two cottages are also listed separately this is an opportunity to book them together. First Cottage: (Spacious modern cottage for two) This lovely big cottage has its own living space which includes the kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. Clean linen and towels are supplied. There is a shower (no bath) in the en-suite bathroom. The bathroom also has a washing machine so ideal for longer term stays. The kitchen has a fridge, microwave, oven, stove top, coffee machine and dishwasher and is fully equipped for self catering. Teas and coffees are supplied. There is a breakfast counter, alternatively the patio has a table and chairs for your use. Second cottage: (Bedsit made for two ) This lovely big room has its own bathroom and kitchenette. There is a shower (no bath) in the en-suite bathroom. The kitchen has a fridge, microwave, coffee machine and stove top and is fully equipped for self catering. Teas and coffees are supplied. Both cottages look out into a spacious garden with pool with loungers for your use. The bedroom has sliding doors directly into the garden. And both patios have a table and chairs for your use. Guest access There is secure off-street parking. Access is via the vehicle gate or via the pedestrian gate (access code supplied on arrival). You are welcome to relax on the loungers alongside the pool and enjoy the wonderful Johannesburg weather. Other things to note Breakfast items are supplied on arrival. Fruit salad, yogurt, eggs, bacon, bread, butter/margarine and jams/spreads etc). Clean linen and towels are supplied on arrival. The cottages will be serviced once a week (cleaning and fresh linen). Extra clean towels are available on request. Additional cleaning and fresh linen can be arranged on request at additional charge. The larger cottage has a washing machine / iron. But laundry services are available if required. Prices are in the room information folder. Supermarket within easy walking distance.
