Overlooking the endless sea and Peñón de Ifach, it is situated on the 8th floor of the beachfront residential complex Apolo 16. There is air conditioning in all the rooms. The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen and a big terrace. The building is located directly on the big sandy beach - La Fossa. Every year, Calpe’s beaches receive the Blue Flag. Everything is in a walking distance: a supermarket in the next building, a bus station, plenty of bars, restaurants and cafés on the promenade. The swimming pool is situated on the private residential area and has a small garden. WiFi Internet via fiber optic line (500 Mb/sec) is included in the price. The apartment has been fully renewed in 2018. The town port with its famous fish restaurants is in 5 minutes walk. All along the beach, there’s promenade where you can find a variety of bars, cafés, restaurants and shops. For additional charge we offer for rent a parking space in the residential complex. Guest access In the apartment there are bedroom, a terrace and a living room with a panoramic sea view and with a table and 4 chairs. Fully equipped kitchen. If you need to smoke, please do it on the terrace. Don’t throw cigarette butts and other sorts of rubbish from the apartment’s windows and the terrace. You’ll find an ashtray in one of the kitchen’s cupboards. Observe silence not only inside the apartment but also in the building and within the residential area.
