We are Caterina and Giacomo, and we offer a lovely room with a private bathroom in a typical Ferrara-style building that has just been renovated. Our location is ideal, just a 5-minute walk from the center of Ferrara and 2 minutes from the new Jewish museum, perfect for breathing the true magic of Ferrara! Please read the entire description carefully for information on the tourist tax. *Check-in BY APPOINTMENT from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.* The space The Casetta is a space designed for tourists, with a nearby parking lot (5 minutes on foot) that is completely free. Each guest will have clean towels and sheets. The door to the room and the private bathroom are both on the first floor, while the attic is on the second floor, accessible via a slightly narrow wooden staircase inside the room. Given the location of the room and the access staircase, it is not recommended for those with walking difficulties. Guest access When you arrive at the house, you will be given the keys to the front door and your room, allowing you to be totally autonomous. If you need anything, we will be available to help make your stay pleasant. Check-out is by 10:00 a.m., while check-in is available from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. by appointment. If you need to arrive between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m., you can check in for an additional 15 euros; after 10 p.m., check-in is no longer possible. Other things to note Minimum temperature allowed in summer: 26° Maximum temperature allowed in winter: 21° We remind guests that upon arrival, the accommodation tax is payable, which amounts to 2.50 euros per person per night up to a maximum of 12.5 euros per person in total (max 5 days). Children are exempt, for other exemptions (armed forces, tourist guides, etc.) please consult the relevant legislation.
