Stalham Staithe Retreat, Apartment, Norfolk Broads

A modern, bright, clean 1st floor apartment located in a private development in Stalham Staithe, beside the River Ant. Close to the village of Stalham, a 5 minute walk away, which boasts a variety of local shops and eateries. A great location and base for exploring the Norfolk Broads, local award winning beaches, and ideal for those that love boating, fishing, walking, and nature. Check my guidebook for more. The space The apartment is open plan with fully equipped kitchen, including fridge with freezer box, washer/dryer, microwave, air fryer and dulce gusto coffee machine. There is a small table and seating area for 4 people. I leave complimentary tea, coffee, coffee pods, fresh milk and biscuits for your arrival. There are also basic kitchen supplies such as washing up liquid, cloths, anti bac, bin liners, and a first aid kit. The lounge area has a cosy flame effect electric fire, 40 inch Android TV, coffee tables, and a comfortable L shape settee which opens out as a sofa bed, but which can also be used to stretch out and relax on. The down lights are dimmable in the lounge area to suit your need/mood. WiFi is available. There is a selection of board games and books. The double bedroom has a wardrobe, bedside cupboards with lamps and USB power points. The single bedroom has a hanging rail and bedside cupboard with lamp. Both bedrooms have black out blinds in addition to the pull down blinds. All bed linen is provided with both firm and soft pillows to suit your preference. There is a shower room with complimentary toiletries. Towels and bath mat are also provided. There is a separate cupboard in the hallway to hang coats. During warmer weather there are 3 tower fans available, a large one in the lounge and a table top one in each bedroom. The apartment is equipped to sleep 5 people. However, it is not overly big, so it would struggle to accommodate your party comfortably, if all the guests are adults.
