Gîte de Coat-Crémenec is located between LE FAOUËT and PRIZIAC (4km), near the valley of L'Ellé, the lake of PRIZIAC(50ha) and its nautical base. 30 minutes from Lorient, Quimperlé, Pontivy ,Carhaix and 40 minutes from the beaches. Heating is a wood burning stove; you have to manage the wood loading of the stove as well as light the fire ( with my help ). The cottage is heated before you arrive .
