Gîte de Coat-Crémenec is located between LE FAOUÈT and PRIZIAC (4 km) , close to the valley of L'Ellé, Lake PRIZIAC(50 ha) and its nautical base. 30 minutes from Lorient, Quimperlé, Pontivy ,Carhaix and 40 minutes from the beaches. The gite is fully equipped with a garden Other things to note The cottage is Non Smoking . Heating is a wood stove; you need to manage the stove wood loading as well as light the fire ( with my help ). The cottage is heated before your arrival .
