In the summer (June-Sept) we have 4 kayaks, SUP and paddle boat. Guest access Pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, shampoo, soap, towels, sheets, condiments, fire wood, oven, microwave, dish soap, very clean. Full use of cottage except one storage room. Other things to note It is important that we do not disturb the neighbors. No out door music. No noise or yelling outside after dark. If we receive 2 or more complaints from neighbors for noise, $1000 will be removed from damage deposit.
