Located on a quiet road in Sutton Coldfield guests have their own tea and coffee making facilities and access to the internet. The space Close to Sutton Town centre on a quiet road. Short drive to the Belfry golf course. Five minute walk to Good Hope hospital. Local to shops pubs and parks. Limited parking on drive due to driveway being revamped but guests welcome to park when available. Plenty of parking on road Guest access Access to Bedroom and shared bathroom the bathroom is used by myself and my wife Corinna During your stay After living in Sutton for most of our lives We can recommend various places of local interest plus our favourite pubs and eateries. Other things to note We are in the process of upgrading the property decorating the lounge etc and also working on part of the driveway although this should not impact on the guests stay.
