Split over two levels it has a great space downstairs for children or young adults with their own TV (Foxtel) and living area. The downstairs includes a large bedroom with a queen size bed, a reverse cycle air conditioning and heating unit as well as a newly renovated bathroom. Sliding doors open out onto paved areas abutting the Yuraygir National Park. Upstairs has a large open plan Kitchen, Dining and Family Room. This area has air conditioning and heating. Surrounded by 3 balconies offering sweeping and spectacular views of the Yuraygir National Park this is a perfect place to reflect on your day whilst enjoying a drink on the lounge chairs and watching the sunset, The house is well equipped with books and a couple of board games to keep the whole family happy. The kitchen has a coffee machine, juicer, microwave, toaster, air fryer, blender, sandwich toaster and everything needed for entertaining. The house is well stocked with lots of platters, kitchen knives and glassware, plates and cutlery. There is another fridge in the garage downstairs for extra storage.
