We offer a private and secure property consisting of 4 houses and private parking, shared swimming pool, terrace, garden, shared deckchairs, shared barbecue, free playground (billiards, ping pong table, foosball, bicycles). Pets tolerated. The property is a 5-minute drive from everything and far enough away to be able to enjoy the relaxing calm of the countryside, the city center of Albufeira offers festive entertainment all year round. The space Facing the common pool, this small house of 27 m2 composed of: 1 bedroom, sleeps 4, 1 bathroom/shower, Sheets, Towels, blankets, hair dryer, Refrigerator/Freezer, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, kettle, juicer, mixer, cooking utensils and dishes, tea towels, Wi-Fi, TV, Fan, Washing machine, Iron, Ironing board. Beds: 1 double bed and 2 single beds. Guest access Guests have access to all common areas: Private parking, shared pool, terrace, garden, terrace furniture, shared deckchairs, shared barbecue, Play area (billiards, ping pong table, foosball, bicycles) We ask parents not to leave their children unattended. Other things to note Respect your neighbors in terms of noise pollution for everyone's well-being. Upon arrival you are provided with: 2 rolls of toilet paper, a roll of absorbent paper, a pack of 10 coffee capsules, fine salt and pepper, each garbage can has a bag for your initial needs, while you do your shopping. We ask that guests not eat on the lawn; this area is a relaxation area and for playing football; terraces and outdoor tables are available for each home; please do not move them. To remove their belongings from the deckchairs and tables every evening so that they are not wet during the morning watering. Two outdoor bins next to the gate, for large volumes a large communal container is available outside the property just across the gate. For those who have pets, we ask that they make sure that their little protégés do not relieve themselves on the lawn and to clean up if this is the case, as we ask everyone to close the access doors to the pool.
