The Sassy Stone house, a quaint space that is full of character from top to bottom, was once a Wine Bar and Coffee shop it has now has been converted back to a charming rental space. The home is centrally located in Clarkston, next to Tri State Hospital and not far from any place in the LC Valley. The house has two sleeping areas. The kitchen is fully stocked. It is perfect for medical and business professionals! Please ask about dates, I have more days available then show on the calendar. The space is very quaint and each room has it's own character. The rooms are open (as pictured) and the space feels like home. Upstairs includes a full bed, kitchen with stovetop, convection microwave oven and dishwasher, living room, laundry room with small hanging closet and bathroom with shower. The basement bedroom with queen bed is accessible from a spiral staircase that is open to upstairs. You do not share any common spaces, but at times noise can be heard between this unit and the other unit. You will be able to use the entire space, except the upstairs patio that is still under construction. I can be available in person, as I live on the other side of the unit, but isn't necessary. The neighborhood is located directly across from Tri-State hospital. During the day it is more busy, but at night it is very calm and quiet. The bus stop locations are near. I live on the other side of the house and also have it listed on Airbnb. If you sleep in the downstairs portion which is where one of the beds is located, there is a high chance of hearing movement, talking, TV, etc depending on the guests on the other side. The space is best for 2 people, even though there is sleeping for four. Quiet Hours: Because of guests on the other side, there are quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Pet Fees: The unit is pet friendly on a case by case basis. If interested in bringing a fur baby please inquire. If approved, we do charge $50 per stay pet fee. If you stay for over a month, there is a $250 non-refundable pet fee.
