Private Queen Room Near City Centre

Private, sunny, fully furnished queen room in quiet, off road house near CBD. In room TV with Chromecast, reversible ceiling fan, heater, electric blanket, and kettle, with tea, coffee, hot chocolate, and milk. Free unlimited fibre WiFi, laundry, and plenty of parking. The space Fully furnished queen room with luxurious high quality sheets, an electric blanket, unlimited fibre Wifi, TV, including a Chromecast and HDMI cord, heater, and a reversible ceiling fan. There is also a kettle, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and milk in the room, free laundry facilities, and plenty of parking available in this centrally located townhome. The bathroom, including a bathtub and a shower, and separate toilet, is shared with the other Airbnb room (I have my own bathroom). An additional toilet is available on ground floor, as well. I have two Tonkinese cats, which are one of the more "hypoallergenic" breeds (I'm allergic to cats, but haven't reacted to them), so please be aware they live in the house, too, and are indoor cats. Guest access Guests will have access to the kitchen and back garden. If you would like to store food in the refrigerator you are welcome to do so, just let me know in advance, and there are baskets in the rooms to store non-perishable items. The TV in the lounge and the freezer are not available for guests' use. Free tea, coffee, and hot cocoa is available to guests at all times (excluding the espresso and Nespresso machines, and milk frother). During your stay I work full time during the day and my evenings vary day-to-day from being home or out and about. If I am in the house I am happy to interact as much or little as you want. I am happy to help with advice/information on restaurants, activities, etc, and am contactable via text/email if I'm not home. Other things to note Washing machine is available to use (1 load per 1 week stay - there is a Laundromat just down the road for extra laundry requirements). Use of the dryer will incur an extra charge ($3/load). Off-street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis, and plenty of on street parking is available. Please note the Kitchenaid mixer, Espresso machine, Nespresso machine, Instant Pot, air fryer, Nutri Bullet, Sodastream, and cast iron pans are not for guests use. I have 2 Tonkinese cats, which is one of the more "hypoallergenic" breeds (I'm a bit allergic but haven't reacted to them at all), who are very friendly and love being pet.
