Elegant Studio, luxury under the sun

Elegant Studio is located in one of the finest suburbs of Athens, with immediate access to all the landmarks of the city. It is warm and welcoming and ideally situated among the center of Athens, Piraeus port and beautiful beaches. It is 1,5 km far from the seaside coach (15-20 min walking and 6 min by car) and 3,6km from the metro station Dafni (10 min by car). Nearby there are bus stops. The appartment is quite and comfortable and close to several shops. Enjoy your stay, feeling at home. The space IMPORTANT NOTICE: I would like to inform you that we always used to and still are cleaning the Studio according to high standards, full filing the suggested standards by health authorities and Airbnb concerning Covid-19. Enjoy the view of Athens and all of it’s suburbs during your staying at the Studio. At night you have a wonderful view of Parthenon under the light of the moon. A cozy, modern, decorated 34 square meter open plan studio at the 6th floor of the building, with a view to the sea, mount Lycabettus and the Acropolis at a distance, as well as Athens and its suburbs. Located at a quiet neighborhood in a vivid suburb of Athens. The Studio is built with such a high quality standards utilizing natural solar energy in cool climates and well-place landscaping in warm climates, in order to reduce energy consumption and decrease carbon footprint. Also, it has energy efficient glass window panels hindering the dissipation of heat from the warmer to the cooler side and ensuring a comfortable atmosphere inside the house. Solar boiler provides hot water all day and night. It has a double (or two single) quality anatomic beds, a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, electric cooker, oven, coffee maker, tea maker, toaster, microwave, water kettle, hidden lights under the kitchen’s cabinets, etc.) and of course a 4 square meters bathroom. It has also a washing machine, a powerful inverter technology Air Conditioning system (cooling and heating), a Smart TV (Netflix ready, you can use your nickname and password), Wi-fi internet (VDSL 100Mbps), a hair dryer, an iron, an ironing board into a handmade cupboard, a desk with spot lighting, etc. Upon request, a classical guitar it is provided, for guests that enjoy playing music, a universal travel adaptor for US/EU/UK/AU plugs with USB charging port, as well as an extension with power plugs for different electronic devices. There is also a plug on the wall, next to the exit, that provides USB ports so that you won’t need your adapter. For sports lovers, a gym treadmill is available, as well as a fitness mattress and weights, upon request. An extra portable anatomic bed is provided in case of accommodating an extra friend or a child. The Studio has a veranda of 20 square meters at the north east side and 12 square meters at the south west side so as to enjoy either the sunrise behind the mountain or the sunset into the sea. The Studio is in a privileged position on the southern outskirts of Athens, and has the advantage of offering a stunning view of the city of Athens. From the northern porch you can see the Parthenon that it is lit up at night, even though it is at a distance, while from the south side of Marina Zea in Piraeus, which is part of the Athenian Riviera. In the morning you can have unlimited view of Athens and its suburbs from all the Studio's verandas. The Studio is located away from the main busy avenues as well as the areas close to Poseidonos avenue, where the noise and the exchaust fumes from the cars is an inevitability, and you can enjoy your serene stay hear birds singing all day. Bed linen and towels are provided and portions of salt, pepper, coffee and tea are offered. Furthermore, it is provided extra towels for the beach. In order to make you feel comfortable, please don’t hesitate to ask for anything you might need and I and my family are promising to do our best. Guest access The entire studio and its amenities are at your disposal. The keys and the entrance card will be given to you upon arrival explaining everything you need to know about the Studio. Other things to note I kindly request you to inform me in advance about your arrival and departure day and time. While staying at my place, please behave responsively as if it were your own home, enjoying memorable times. Please, use all of the amenities of the Studio indoors. For outdoor use I provide towels, free of charge, that you can use for the beach. Try to help us keeping a quality standard for the next guest.
