The attached dining area has a dining table and a set of 4 chairs that you can sit at and eat your meals. The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries including a stove, a microwave, and a fridge. So, feel free and cook up a storm! The bedroom comes with a comfy queen bed along with complimentary hotel-quality linens at your disposal. The private ensuite contains all the basic amenities you’ll need to freshen up such as a bathtub with an attached shower head, a sink, and a toilet. Plus, fresh towels and free toiletries will be given for your convenience. Don’t forget to take a breather on the balcony in the evenings to enjoy the beautiful Dubai sunset. Please be aware that Dubai is a dynamic and rapidly expanding city, and you might encounter occasional urban sounds, such as those associated with ongoing growth, throughout your stay. We appreciate your understanding. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home! Other things to note Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in. Check-in Process: This is a self-check-in property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards). Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays. ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in. No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply. Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness.
