Fisherman's cottage by the sea

Old Dalmatian stone house totally renovated in Mediterranean style with nice sitting place outside. All interiors are pastel and blue colors and furnishing is mix of modern & old style. The house is located in the center of Kastel Luksic, just 100 metres away from the sea, 2 minutes walk. There is also the biggest promenade in Croatia 20 km by the sea. Close two UNESCO protected towns - Split, Trogir. Ideal for pairs or small families. The space The house is small and cozy. The benefit is a privacy as you have the house just for you. This modern equipped, traditional Dalmatian house offers all essentials you need including air condition unit, free WiFi, satellite TV, washing machine, hair dryer, microwave, toaster etc. When you enter you will find fully equipped kitchen and dinning space with also plasma TV. The house is very fresh because of it's stone walls in the hot summer evenings . The nice is sitting in front the house with grill, or just enjoy having breakfast, lunch or dinner in the fresh summer air. Guest access The house is small self-standing and guests have access to entire house for themselves with patio in front of the house. The reason why we add them in the form of the photos is because last summer season owner name Renee (her name you will see in the reviews) sold the house and a new owner wants to continue to rent the house in the same way. Public Transport: The Fisherman’s Cottage is located between two beautiful UNESCO towns – Split and Trogir, just aprox. 30 minutes by city bus. There is a regular (every 10 min.) bus line 37 which leaves from the main road near the Fischerman‘ s Cottage (just 5 minutes walk) and goes also to the airport. You can also use a boat from Kastel Stari to get to Trogir.
