It is possible to occupy the whole consisting of two houses that communicate with each other but also to separate them. - An independent ground floor for a couple with kitchen, bathroom and living room. - A main house with kitchen and dining room, living room, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms - to which can be added 3 additional bedrooms, a bathroom. Which explains why it can be occupied by 2 to 16 people. Two kitchens are equipped. A large dining room for 16-18 people and one for 8. The ground floor is designed for 2 people with reduced mobility. An outdoor space in front of the house can be used discreetly. When the rental is made for 2 to 8 people, part of the house is rented only and corresponds to rooms 1 to 4.
