Casa Perla Verde is a luxury vacation home that is completely private. The ground floor consists of a living room, open kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. There is direct access to the 2 terraces, outdoor shower, swimming pool and olive grove. In addition, there is a possibility to rent 2 additional rooms (El Caballo and La Cosita), each for 2 people. For more than 8 people, there is access to the first floor with also a fully equipped kitchen, living room, bathroom and 2 bedrooms. The space The beds are made upon arrival. There are also bath towels and a towel for the loungers. The living room and open kitchen are fully furnished with ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and automatic coffee machine. Guest access You have access to the upper terrace where there is an outdoor kitchen, a ceramic barbecue with lid and a large dining table with chairs. On the lower terrace, there is a high bar table with 8 bar stools, a lounge canopy bed, an outdoor lounge and swimming pool with jet stream. In the olive grove, there are several sun loungers and two hammocks. Other things to note During the stay, the swimming pool is cleaned twice a week. Extra cleaning or interim replacement of bed linen can be requested during your stay.
