It has everything you need to enjoy a few days in total comfort: - Linens and towels for guests. - Bathroom: gel, shampoo and hairdryer. - Kitchen: Kitchenware, toaster, Tassimo coffee maker, stove (glass ceramic), refrigerator with freezer and microwave/oven. - Living-dining room: with table and chairs for 4 people, and relaxation area with TV. The house has stunning views of the entire bay of Santander and wonderful sunsets to enjoy without even moving from the sofa. Also included is the private use of a garage space (220cm high, 240cm wide, 460cm long) and storage room (on request), with direct access to the building, great for leaving boards and wetsuits after a great day of surfing in Somo (5min.)Loredo (10 min.), Langre (12 min.)... or the bag of golf clubs with everything ready for a great game at the Real Golf de Pedreña, or at the La Junquera golf course.
