Cosy, open plan living space with a wood burning stove. Spacious bedroom with a luxury en suite bathroom featuring a large walk in shower and separate bath. Fully equipped kitchen. Private garden and patio with outdoor table and seating. The Annexe also possesses rights to launch canoes into the nearby River Wye. The space The Annexe is located in the village of Hole In The Wall ( not Foy) 3 miles or a 10 minute drive from the M50 providing great commuter routes. The nearest town is the beautiful old market town of Ross on Wye where you will find supermarkets, bars, pubs, restaurants and shops. You will have full use of the Annexe which is in close proximity to the main house. There is ramped access to the entrance. Modern open plan living with a cosy log burner to enjoy colder spells. The kitchen is fully equipped for 4 people and features a breakfast bar seating area. The layout is set over 1 level, but this does have 1 step down into the bedroom. Master bedroom offers a king size bed and in the living room there is a fold out sofa bed. Accommodation would be ideal for a couple or a couple with 2 children making use of the sofa bed. The bathroom is fitted with a large walk-in shower and separate bath. Double doors lead outside to the garden and patio area which is great for alfresco dining. Fantastic country and riverside walks from the doorstep for avid walkers. River access via a natural canoe launch which is a short walk down the road if you have your own canoe. Many companies do offer canoe or paddle boarding locally. There are great fishing spots locally available on a day ticket. These can be found on fishing passport website, please search under the Middle Wye for The Foy Fishery as this is our nearest at approx 400m from our doorstep.
