The Summer Suite in Budapest Center with AC

Our apartment is located in our favorite quarter of Budapest, the so-called "Ruin Bar District". It offers two double bedroms, with a massive fold out double sofa in the lounge. Dinning room and full kitchen. A peaceful balcony overlooking the courtyard for our tobacco loving guests! Easy access to the charm of Budapest, but peace and quiet with our terrace apartment, designed to give comfort and tranquility, for our guests to have an unforgettable holiday! Be our guest and enjoy Budapest! The space The Summer Suite is on the 1st floor of a charismatic building accessed by approximately 25 steps. It consists of two totally separated double bedrooms, with queen-sized beds and built in cupboards. The apartment offers a beautiful fully fitted kitchen with all amenities and services such as cooker, oven, micro, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, and coffee making machine. A separated dinning area offers a great alternative to eating out. The very large lounge offers SMART TV with seating for 8, which coverts to a fold out sofa for 3 people! The lounge features Aircon which is positioned to enable the main bedroom to be cooled by the AC. The bathroom features a shower with toilet and basin and there is a also a separated toilet. There is a utility room with washing machine and clothes drying space, together with iron and ironing board. You can enjoy a glass of wine or something stronger, on the patio overlooking the green back yard. Baby cot available if required on demand, but sorry with a small admin charge. Guest access To enter the property guests enter a door code at the road, and then ascend 25 steps to the first floor. For great security there is a metal gate at the corridor providing access to the 2 flats located on this level. Our apartment is at the end of this short corridor, overlooking the internal courtyard garden. Arrival is by self-check-in using a lock box process, but we can meet anyone if required.
