Winding River Cottages-Pine Cone Cottage

The Pinecone Cottage is one of the units at Winding River Cottages on the Menominee. There is one other cottage and one house also on the property. This cottage is directly on the Menominee River, very close to Marinette, WI/ Menominee, MI. It has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, a full kitchen with full-size stainless steel appliances (stove/oven, refrigerator, over-the-stove microwave), and a living area with a 50" TV, chair, and futon, which can convert into a full-size bed. The space The cottage has double glass doors that lead outside to your own stamped concrete patio area, complete with a table and four chairs. It also has its own fire pit. The two cottages share a combination gas/charcoal grill. There are 6 kayaks and paddles, in addition to a pedal boat that holds 5 people to use free of charge. There is a 2016 Sylvan pontoon boat available for a surcharge. Contact owner for details. We are dog friendly--we love dogs! We ask that you clean up after your dog in the yard and keep your dog on a leash when other guests are around. There is a $50/stay fee payable upon arrival. Each unit has undergone a complete renovation with just about everything being brand new--except for the roof:) Really! You will not share the living space with anyone. You will have your own patio and fire pit area. The two cottages share a gas/charcoal grill. Other things to note Since the cottage is directly on the Menominee River, please watch children carefully, when they are present.
