Wake up to sea views, spend your mornings in the wrap-around garden with a coffee, and end your evenings on the patio watching the sun set over the Mediterranean. The corner plot means you catch both sunrise and sunset, a rare treat that our guests consistently fall in love with. OUR APARTEMNT is ground floor with level access: no stairs, no awkward steps, making it easy for everyone, including four-legged guests. Inside you'll find everything you need for a comfortable stay: a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a spacious lounge with TV and fast WiFi, and air conditioning throughout. There's a king bedroom and a twin bedroom, both comfortable and well organised, plus a sofa bed in the lounge for a fifth guest. Bed linen and bath towels are included, just pack your swimming costume! LOCATION El Faro is one of the Costa del Sol's most relaxed and authentic residential neighbourhoods, perfectly placed between the lively Fuengirola and the charming La Cala de Mijas - both just 7 minutes by car. The beach is a 10 minute walk away, and Las Colinas restaurant is right on your doorstep, always buzzing, with live entertainment twice a week and notoriously hard to get a dinner table without a reservation. For those who want to explore further, the whole of Andalucía is easy to visit: Málaga, Ronda, Granada, Gibraltar and Seville are all manageable day trips, and Málaga Airport is just 20 minutes away. POLICIES 🐾 Pets are welcome by arrangement, at a charge of €25 per pet per stay. Please note that pets cannot be left unattended in the apartment. 🔑 Flexible check-in and check-out are available at €12/hour if arranged in advance with our cleaning team. Last-minute requests cannot always be accommodated, so please get in touch as early as possible. 🚗 Parking is free within the gated community and on surrounding roads - you'll never be more than 2-3 minutes from your car. 🏊 The community pool is exclusively for residents and includes an adults' pool, a children's pool, and shower facilities. Please note that the pool may occasionally be closed outside summer due to drought restrictions imposed by the Junta de Andalucía. 🍖 The BBQ on the patio is yours to enjoy - we just ask that you leave it clean for the next guests. 🗑️ Before checking out, please empty all bins in the street containers near Las Colinas - thank you! Guest access Guests have full access to the private wrap-around garden and patio, gated community parking, and the residents-only pool - adults' and children's pools with shower facilities. Early check-in or late check-out can often be arranged at €12/hour - just contact us as early as possible so we can coordinate with our cleaning team. Your pets are family too - they're welcome for a €25/pet charge, but please don't leave them alone in the apartment. Other things to note 🌨️ Winter offer: book for November or December 2026 and enjoy free early check-in or late check-out. 🚗 Parking is free throughout the community and on surrounding roads. There is no dedicated space for our apartment, but you'll always find a spot within 2-3 minutes of the front door. 🔑 For check-in/out flexibility, the earlier you request the better - our cleaning team will always do their best to accommodate you. 🐾 Pets are warmly welcome - €25 per pet per stay, and please keep them supervised at all times. 🏊 The community pool is open in summer. Outside of peak season, it may be subject to temporary closure under regional drought restrictions enforced by the Junta de Andalucía - beyond our control but worth knowing.
