Welcome to a charming millstone from the 1920s, where Sara and I offer an independent apartment of about 35 m2, in a raised and renovated basement, for 2 adults and 1 child (or 2 adults). Easily accessible from Orly Airport (10-15 min taxi ride), our house is an 8-minute walk from Choisy RER train station and 2 minutes from the T9 tram. Well soundproofed, with 4 levels, our millstone is located in a very quiet area, and enjoys a south-facing garden. The space The apartment is composed of an independent entrance on the garden side (glass door and motorized roller shutter); a corridor serving all the rooms; a bedroom with double bed; a small living room with a sofa bed that can accommodate 2 people, and equipped with a TV (free and unlimited Netflix access); a bathroom with bathtub, double sink and towel-drying radiator; and a fully equipped kitchen-laundry room (fridge, washing machine, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, table, chairs, dishes...). It also has separate toilets. Free Wi-Fi access is provided.
