8 Bedroom, 8 bathroom luxury beach house situated on the beach in Ponta Mamoli. Aloha 19 is a beachfront house, privately situated and has sea views from every room in the house. a 5 minute walk to the beach. The space There are 5 buildings of which 1 building is the kitchen, TV lounge, and dining area. There are 4 “pods which have 2 bedrooms in each building, all bedrooms are en suite. Bedroom 1 has 1 queen-size bed (Air Conditioned) Bedroom 2 has 3 x single beds which can be pushed together (not converted)to 1 king bed and 1 single bed (Ceiling fans – no aircon). These 2 bedrooms have an interleading door for groups that have children or you can lock the door and have 2 private bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own private entrance door from the outside of the deck into the bedroom. The house, therefore, consists of 8 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms, comfortably sleeping 20 people. Each bedroom is comfortably furnished with ceiling fans, bedside tables with bedside lamps, and en suite bathrooms. Each bathroom has a shower, basin, and toilet. All linen and bath towels are provided. Please take note that the swimming pool does not have a child safety net. WC for swimming pool available outside. The living area consists of an open-plan kitchen and lounge. The lounge has a TV no DSTV, however you can stream using the WIFI. The kitchen is well equipped with a 4 plate gas hob, oven, microwave, a Nespresso machine & milk frother. crockery and cutlery for 20 people, there is a walk in cold room and one upright freezer, a washing machine, and all the equipment that you would require in a kitchen for self-catering. There is a large dining room table in the living area. Free wifi is available at the house, just ask the staff for the password. All cleaning materials are provided as well as black bags. The washing machine is to be operated by the staff only. If you would like laundry done it is R150 per load. We have provided a water filter at the prep bowl in the kitchen. Only this water is drinkable. Teeth can be brushed with water in the bedrooms but is not to be consumed. If you prefer bottled water then please bring that along. For ice you can buy bags of ice in Ponta Malongane or on the Zitundu road (the WhitePearl road) at R30 a bag, stock up with bags of ice on your drive to the house.. Built-in braai facilities at the property. Charcoal and wood are for sale on site. Please ask Luther. Angelina is your housekeeper. Her duties include cleaning, washing dishes, making beds, and general cleaning. The staff doesn't do any cooking. A 5-minute walk down the beach brings you to Frederico's snorkeling spot, famous for snorkeling. Ensure that you take snorkeling gear along! Guest access The house is rented as a whole. Other things to note **Please note that a 4x4 is required to reach Aloha estate (You need to reduce tyre pressure by 1,2 - 1,5 bars max) No 2x4 vehicles will be permitted on the premises as they are damaging the roads on the estate.** The swimming pool at this house has no safety features. Use of the swimming pool and the associated amenities and facilities is strictly at your own risk. STAFF TIP There is a compulsory staff tip of R150 per day this includes your day of arrival and departure. There are 2 housekeepers at the house. It is payable to the head housekeeper on the day you depart. Please ensure you have enough Rands cash on your day of departure. Their working hours are 7:00 am to 4 pm Monday to Friday, 7 am to 12 on Saturdays. If you would like them to work Saturday afternoon you need to pay them R75 for the afternoon and if you would like them to work on Sundays and Public Holidays then you need to pay them R150 each for those days. Their working hours include a 1-hour lunch. The gardener cleans the pool, braai, outside area, there is no compulsory staff tip for him, however, a gratuity is always welcome. WHAT TO BRING Food and Drinks Charcoal + Fire Starters Aerial Washing Liquid Toilet Paper * 1 toilet roll is supplied in each bathroom, thereafter please supply your own. ADAPTERS Beach towels REFUNDABLE BREAKAGE DEPOSIT There is an R6500 refundable breakage deposit, this is refunded within 2 weeks of your departure date. EARLY And LATE CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT Late check-out is on request only. This is due to incoming bookings on the day of your departure. Should the house be available, we will deduct the extra charge of R1500.00 from your refundable breakage deposit, check out no later than 3 pm. No pets are permitted at any of the houses. Loud music, parties, and functions are not allowed. All guests must comply with the rules of the estate in which they are staying. Absolutely no noise is allowed between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM. Failure to comply will result in a warning. If the issue occurs again after a warning, the full breakage deposit will be forfeited. Continued non-compliance may result in guests being asked to vacate the property immediately, with no refund for any unused nights. *Should the property be booked by a group of youngsters, kindly NOTE no under 25's without parental/adult supervision.*
