Badminton 4.) Table Tennis 5.) Darts 6.) Basketball 7.) Tennis Court Amenities from number 2-7 has corresponding fees and subject to availability. 8.) Playground for kids free of charge 9.) Function areas / rooms with corresponding fees All amenities are available at the clubhouse. Shuttle service is available to and from Tower 5 lobby and Clubhouse from 8am to 6pm only. 10.) Skylounge (360 degrees overlooking view of Tagaytay) is available at Tower 3 free of charge. Just need to register at the Tower 3 Conceirge stating the occupied unit number. (Temporary not available) Other things to note Checking in and out: 1.) Check in time is 2:00pm, check out time is strictly 12:00NN. This will allow us to clean and arrange the room for the next guests. 2.) Our caretaker will be assisting guests in registration and check in at the security / lobby and will also assist you up to the Unit. Pre-check on the appliances will be done to ensure that all are working properly upon your check in. 3.) In case of early check out, please inform our caretaker 15mins prior to your intended check out time. 4.) On standard check out time, our caretaker will be at the unit at least 10mins before actual check out to facilitate checking and inspections of the unit (appliances, furniture, beddings) NOTE: You will be getting the unit key from our caretaker, and you will be surrendering the same to our caretaker ONLY! Our caretaker is NOT residing and not even nearby SMDC Wind Residences and will only be available upon your check in and check out time. Should you need any other assistance, please inform them ahead of time and might charge accordingly.
